1. Introduction
Welcome to Salon Connect, By using our website and services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined here. These terms govern your access to our products, services, and online platforms.

2. Orders and Payments

• Orders can be placed through our website by registered trade account holders.

• Payments must be completed at checkout via approved methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

• Salon Connect reserves the right to cancel or modify orders for errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver within Australia only.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on order size and location, we do however have free shipping on orders over $1500.

• While we aim for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, please allow extra time for First Opening orders as there require some printable items which are done on request as to save on the wastage, we also may have delays during sales or peak holiday periods please consider this when placing orders.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days for faulty or damaged products. Proof of purchase is required.

• We DO NOT refund For change-of-mind returns, this is due to the perishable items and us not know how these are stored after leaving our facilities, therefore we are unable to resell any items. Be mindful when placing orders and double check your orders before placing them. 

• Refunds are processed once returned goods are inspected and approved.

5. Use of Trade Accounts

• Accounts are for approved trade users only and subject to verification.

• Misuse of accounts may result in suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Salon Connect website, including logos, text, and images, is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

We respect your privacy and adhere to Australian privacy laws. Personal data collected is used solely to process orders and improve services.
