At Salon Connect, we aim to offer reliable and fast shipping for our Australian-based customers. We ship products directly to your salon, clinic, or spa from our warehouse.

 

Here are the key points about our shipping process:

Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping times generally range from 3-5 business days depending on your location.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the size/weight of your order. We offer free shipping on orders over $1500.00, which is indicated at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.


International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged package or if your order goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve any issues and ensure you receive the products in perfect condition.
